Institute Membership

A seat at the Institute.

Research firms proved the model: do not sell reports, sell membership that includes the research and the right to ask. Institute Membership is that seat for pipeline architecture: the library, the working documentation, and inquiry access, for one annual advisory fee.
01 / What the seat includes

Four things, one fee.

01

The full research layer

Every paper in the library, the benchmark data cuts behind the published summaries, and early access to the annual survey findings before they go public.

02

The working documentation

The Institute's operational kit: delivery runbooks, delegation map templates, scoring rubrics, sequence and QA frameworks, the documents our own engagements run on. The papers explain the thinking; members get the instruments.

03

Inquiry

Two calls per quarter, thirty minutes each. Bring your work: a delegation map, a sequence, your funnel math, a tier audit. A Tenbound expert reads it against the Standard and tells you what they see.

04

The annual placement

A maturity re-assessment every membership year: each of the six pillars graded on the ladder, so the renewal conversation starts with whether your rung moved.

$12,000 per year Per team, up to 10 users. Portal access for everyone on the seat.
02 / Where the seat sits

Membership is the middle of the ladder.

The papers stay open to every reader: one email opens the library, always. Membership adds what readers do not get: the data behind the findings, the operational documents, and a bounded line to the Institute's judgment. When you want an advisor who works your motion proactively, that is the Pipeline Advisory retainer. When you want operators in the building, that is Embedded Operate.
